Thousand Oaks: Tuesday and Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday by Appointment.
TARZANA Directions:
From the 101 Fwy, exit Reseda Blvd and head south. Go to Ventura Blvd, turn left, then go 1 block to the Tarzana Square (Blockbuster Video and Carrow’s Restaurant) on your left. Enter the shopping center and go to the office building in the middle. Enter through the main entrance and go upstairs.

THOUSAND OAKS Directions:
Exit the 101 Fwy at Rancho Rd. and proceed north. Cross Thousand Oaks Blvd., and turn right into the first driveway after the gas station. Turn right again into the parking lot and proceed along the building until you see the sign for Premier Chiropractic.
From the 23 Fwy, exit at Hillcrest and turn left. At the first intersection, turn right, which is Rancho Rd. Get into the left lane and turn left into the driveway of the Conejo Plaza, then turn right along the parking lot and proceed until you see the sign for Premier Chiropractic.
