Once again, I would like to remind you that it is very important that you get up off the couch and go for a walk, now. The reasons for moving and upending your sedentary lifestyle are myriad; improved brain health, improved cardiovascular function, better sleep, better digestion and stronger immune system (see article below). With continued mandates to stay inside or avoid crowds and the now normal habit of ordering “in” instead of going “out”, you don’t even hardly have to move at all; everything is conveniently at your fingertips via your phone or computer. For a healthier life, it is imperative that you move and exercise more. Now is the time, this is the place, and you’re the one to become a new and improved you. (No excuses, just do it. Now.) Dr. Ben
