Let’s talk about yellow lights, detoxing, children and vaccines, 5 nutrients to help live better, being consistent, weekly stretching classes and comfortable flip flops.
YELLOW LIGHTS AND CHIROPRACTIC
Why do you think there are yellow lights? Here in California, yellow traffic lights mean “speed up”, but in reality, yellow lights are a warning that the green light is going to turn red. Yellow lights, along with red lights, are a warning that something in going to happen, is going to change or is out of balance.
With a little bit of attention and deliberate action, most yellow lights can be turned off with either some stretching, increased rest/sleep, more water, less junk food, fasting, heat, ice or massage. The real issue is not that you have all these methods at your disposal, it’s that you tend to ignore the yellow light and expect it to go away without any action on your part. Or, you take a drug to mask the inconvenience of that yellow light and hope it will go away.
In reality, the quickest way to get rid of a physical problem, before it gets into the “red zone”, is to get some bodywork and have your spine adjusted. This balances and restores your nerve flow, your circulation and your musculoskeletal system. This way we address the cause and not the symptom, and most times, the problem is solved and you’re back in the green zone, with all systems “go”. Which do you prefer – red light or green light? Children and vaccines: From the WHO
“Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults, so unless they are part of a group at higher risk of severe COVID-19, it is less urgent to vaccinate them than older people, those with chronic health conditions and health workers. More evidence is needed on the use of the different COVID-19 vaccines in children to be able to make general recommendations on vaccinating children against COVID-19.
WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) has concluded that the Pfizer/BionTech vaccine is suitable for use by people aged 12 years and above. Children aged between 12 and 15 who are at high risk may be offered this vaccine alongside other priority groups for vaccination. Vaccine trials for children are ongoing and WHO will update its recommendations when the evidence or epidemiological situation warrants a change in policy.”
The @WHO: “Children should not be vaccinated for the moment” “There is not yet enough evidence on the use of vaccines against COVID-19 in children to make recommendations for children to be vaccinated against COVID-19” https://t.co/HCRN9lbdrM – view on twitter Tracy Hoeg, M.D., PhD.
