Let’s talk about masks, your chronic pain and connective tissue, your brain and exercise, what makes you happy, and a new, on-line vitamin dispensary.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN EFFECTIVE FACE MASK
Check this out: guidelines for how and when to where a mask, what fabric is best for making your own and which fabric to avoid. I also watched a news magazine this morning where they interviewed the neuroscientist at Consumer Reports, and he said a good test to see if your mask is effective is to shine a light through it. If you can’t see or count the threads, then it’s going to be effective. This means sheets and pillow cases are better than gaiters, bandanas or those masks with a filter in it. Read the article, and it also links you to the WHO page with even more information on it.
THIS IS WHAT I’VE BEEN TALKING ABOUT!!!!! A most excellent article on connective tissue, why you have chronic pain, why movement is so important, and why my style of chiropractic, with deep-tissue bodywork, has a higher rate of pain-relief. (pass it on)
