Let’s talk about spending time, how old your brain is, maintaining muscle mass, proverbs inspiring a meaningful life, the courage to know yourself, creating healthy relationships, and finding the best workout.
I love summer, even with the heat, but mostly I like the sunshine. I try to get some rays every day, even on long work days when I’m inside, I’ll take a few minutes and take a short walk or just stand outside for a few minutes. Lately, I’ve been shifting the way I manage my time with time boxing. Here is an article about helping you manage your time better. https://www.nirandfar.com/timeboxing/
I realize that I still have a “to do list”, but it’s mostly about making “appointments” with myself and with others and I have full days with little opportunity for distraction. It helps me get more things done. Time is our most valuable commodity, spend it wisely. BG

THOUGHTS FOR THE MONTH
If you break your neck, if you have nothing to eat, if your house is on fire, then you’ve got a problem. Everything else is an inconvenience. Life is inconvenient. Life is lumpy. A lump in the oatmeal, a lump in the throat, and a lump in the breast are not the same kind of lump. One needs to learn the difference. -Robert Fulghum, author (b. 4 Jun 1937)
How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world. -Anne Frank
