Let’s talk about your destroying your body (vs) slowing the aging process, measuring your longevity, happy love, and staying happy in times of trouble.
Well, the Fall season is upon us and already I’m seeing more people getting sick. This is a transitional period, with warm days but cooler nights, and we tend to get colder more easily, which may compromise our immune system, so now is the time to revisit your defensive strategy.
Basically, make sure you’re getting 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep. Keep your body warm, with a scarf around your neck, or a vest covering your chest. Extra dosages of Vitamin D and C to boost your immune system, and add more turmeric, garlic and ginger in to your diet to help fight inflammation. Having small, regular habits in your daily routine will help reduce your likelihood of getting sick. Be well. BG

THOUGHT FOR THE MONTH
When I despair, I remember that all through history, the way of truth and love has always won. There have been murderers and tyrants, and for a time they can seem invincible. But in the end they always fall. Think of it, always. -Mohandas Gandhi (2 Oct 1869-1948)
