Let’s talk about superfoods, your sugar cravings, bad habits for your back, your mental health and your chronic good health, managing fatigue and reusable water bottles (ugh). Plus, a Pickleball tournament for a cause.

Folks, spring is here and summer is coming, my favorite time of year.  Consider this time period as your “second wind”, where you can restart some of your new year’s resolutions and get out and start exercising, and, after reading the articles below, modify your eating habits.  I know that there are innumerable temptations to eat tasty, mood-improving, feel-good foods out there, I face these same temptations.  I just substitute healthier feel-good foods first.  I also crave movement, and get out and engage in some form of activity 4 days a week, and stay busy working the other 3 days.  What about you?  Where can you include 5 to 10 minutes of activity three times a day?  Just do 10 squats, 10 twists and 10 lunges, and you’ll feel rejuvenated immediately.  Or go out and walk for 10 minutes.
