Let’s take a short review of habits that will help promote your health and longevity. I’m not going to give you all the science behind these habits, as I have mentioned them in the past, but a reminder never hurts.
You wake up. If you feel stiff or achy, roll your ankles easily 10 times, rock your pelvis up and down 5 times and side to side 5 times, then roll out of bed. (Helps with circulation) Drink a glass of water. (You’re dehydrated) Spend some time in meditation or doing a devotional before you look at your phone. (Prepare your mind for the day) Do 10 squats, 10 ladder climbs and 10 side bends. (Wakes up your muscles) Now greet the day with peace, balance and energy. Dr. G
